Interschool Games
I felt so proud after observing how well our students hosted Spotswood Primary School at our recent interschool games. The weather played its part with only a few brief showers and a beautiful rainbow. All students gave 100% effort during their games and we came away with great results. Awesome.

Room 7 students really enjoyed making the sound effects to go with a section of the Incredibles movie. They used a selection of stones, shoes, leaves, tins etc. to make the sound effects.

Life Education
Room 7 students really enjoyed their first session in the life education bus - meeting up with Harold the giraffe and learning all about how to deal with their stressful emotions. A great session with lots of very relevant suggestions from the students.

Len Lye Centre
Room 7 attended a workshop at the Len Lye Centre related to street art. First we all met at the Huatoki Plaza and had a close look at the wonderful street art. From there we went to the art centre to create own own piece of art that could be used as a mural on a wall. Our parent helpers, and Chris from the Len Lye centre, made the session a huge success.
