Pukeiti Class Trip

Room 7 students had the most amazing adventure today. Thanks to Emily and Andrew from the Taranaki Regional Council, students and our wonderful parent helpers went for a 3 hour tramp along part of what will become a cycle trail from Pukeiti to the coast. We tramped along an track that is not on the map. The track followed the old tram tracks from when the area was logged earlier in the 20th century. We all observed the many traps along the way which are helping to make Taranaki predator free.

What a wonderful experience we all had.
